The Fleet & Family Support Center and the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response team are hosting several events to highlight Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention in April.
The events, which support the theme of "Step Forward. Prevent. Report. Advocate.", are designed to bring awareness to and create conversations about preventing sexual assault.

SAAMP Proclamation Signing
Kick off the month with the Fleet & Family Support Center and NAS Patuxent River Commanding Officer Capt. Douglas Burfield. Light refreshments will be served.

Join the FFSC in chalking the walk with messages of support, hope and positivity!

‘A Mile in Their Shoes’ Run/Walk
Join the Fleet & Family Support Center for a one-mile walk for Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention and learn important information and statistics related to this important topic.

‘Drive Out Sexual Assault’ Scramble Golf Tournament
Tee off in support of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention at this fun golf outing. Four-person teams. Participants are encouraged to wear teal!
