Begin the year with a healthier you by completing weekly health and fitness tasks with MWR Fitness.

The program runs Jan. 28-April 1 and includes weekly weigh-ins and food logs. The top three point-earners will win a prize!

Registration, which is $10 a person, is open to all with base access ages 16+.
