Learn the tools you'll need to help a shipmate, family member or co-worker who may be in an abusive situation at a One Love workshop on Oct. 24 from 1-4 p.m. at the Fleet & Family Support Center.
Led by trained instructors, the One Love workshop provides sailors, federal employees and leadership with the framework they need to identify the signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships and practice healthy behaviors, boundaries and consent.
