For the 24th year, the Bowie Baysox will celebrate Navy Night on Friday, Aug. 2 with free tickets to their game against the Somerset Patriots at Prince George's Stadium in Bowie.
Free tickets are available to all with base access at the Community Recreation Office beginning Wednesday, July 24. The office is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5p.m.
The United States Naval Academy Band will perform before the game at 5:45 p.m. Gates open at 6 p.m. Game time is at 7:05 p.m., and fireworks will follow the game. Come early to see Navy personnel participate in the opening ceremony!
The Bowie Baysox are a Double-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. The Somerset Patriots are a Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees.
