Bring your four-legged family members and walk with the Fleet & Family Support Center for awareness and ending abuse for people and animals on Thursday, Oct. 3.
The free event will feature a walk in support of violence prevention plus a vendor area at the Cedar Point Beach, information from community partners, K9 meet and greet, bobbing for hot dogs, photo area, free dog treats, paw-print making & more.
The walk will start at the Paradise Grove Pavilion (across from Cedar Point Golf Course) and end at the Cedar Point Beach (approximately 1.3 miles). On-site registration begins at 9:30 a.m.; the walk begins at 10 a.m. Free parking will be available at Hogs Point & the golf course.
